La Mue / μ is a private, in-villa hair, skin and transformation practice based in Marbella, Spain, founded by Andreea Vandendriessche. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us (the “data controller”).

We collect health and skin information only where it is needed to keep a treatment safe, and only with your consent. Your Soul Architecture and Mentoring details are used solely to create what you have commissioned, and for nothing else.
We never sell your information. We share it only with the trusted providers who help us operate — secure messaging (WhatsApp / Meta), our website host, our payment provider, and, for a Soul Architecture commission, the printer and binder, who receive only what is needed to produce your manuscript. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Some providers (for example WhatsApp / Meta) process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
Only as long as we need it for our relationship with you and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
You can ask to see the information we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy — and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, contact us at andreea@lamue.maison. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — aepd.es).
