On shedding an old skin.

Andreea speaks with women's circles and communities — on identity, reinvention, and the quiet work of becoming.

“La mue” is the French word for the shedding of a skin — the moment a living thing leaves an old form behind because it has outgrown it. Every woman knows this moment. Some know it several times in one life: a move to a new country, the end of a chapter, a body that changes, a name that no longer fits the person carrying it.

Andreea's talks open this territory gently — part story, part framework, part conversation. No slides, no performance. A circle of women, one honest question, and language for something most women recognise instantly and rarely get to name.

Three ways to invite her

The Talk — 20–30 minutes for your event or gathering. “La Mue — on shedding an old skin”: identity and reinvention, told through story. Followed by questions, always.

The Circle — 60–90 minutes, seated, intimate. A guided conversation on one threshold theme: arriving in a new country, reinvention after a chapter ends, or the body as the carrier of identity. Best for 8–20 women.

The Workshop — a half-day of deeper work for smaller groups, by design with the host.

Themes she returns to

· Identity in transition — who you become when you move countries, roles, or seasons of life.
· Reinvention — beginning again without apologising for the woman you were.
· Outside and inside — how the way a woman looks and the way she sees herself keep writing each other.

Talks for communities are free. English, Spanish or French. Belgium year-round; Marbella during appointment blocks.
