All content on this site — the text, the photography, the name and mark La Mue / μ, and the Soul Architecture method and manuscripts — belongs to us. Please do not copy, reproduce or reuse any of it without our written permission.
We work by appointment only, with a limited number of guests each day. Prices are shared on enquiry. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, and any deposit, with you directly.
A deposit of 30% confirms your date, with the balance due on the day of your appointment. Because your hair is ordered to your exact shade and length at the time of booking, this deposit is non-refundable once that order is placed. Bespoke Soul Architecture commissions follow their own terms, set out below.
Our hair and skin experiences are cosmetic and for wellbeing; they are not medical treatments. Please tell us about any health conditions, allergies, skin concerns, pregnancy or medication before your appointment. For your safety we may adapt or decline a treatment, and we may carry out a patch test where appropriate.
These are offered for personal insight and wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and are not a substitute for professional care.
Each manuscript is made to order, personally for you. Production begins once your commission is confirmed. Because it is bespoke, a commission cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. Please allow approximately 10–12 weeks; delivery is by courier.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and any dispute falls to the courts of Málaga.
