A deeper, practical session for women who want to work with a pattern they keep meeting. Through guided reflection, a simple journaling exercise and a longer meditation, you will make your own map of the pattern and choose a small practice to carry into daily life.
Planned as a two-and-a-half-hour small-group online masterclass, with a short break and a reflection worksheet. Ticket price, date and booking details will be announced before registration opens.
