What is Hands of Light?
A private 90-minute session in Wortegem-Petegem, near Waregem (25 min from Ghent). You don’t need any experience.
- A conversation and a first Bio-Well scan of your fingertips
- A short guided meditation
- Reiki or Kundalini: you lie down, fully dressed, and relax
- A second scan, so you can see what you feel

First time?
You don't need any experience
Most people who come to Andreea have never had Reiki or an energy scan before. There is nothing you need to know or do in advance. These are the questions people ask most.
- What do I have to do?
- Nothing special. You lie down on a comfortable treatment table, fully dressed, and relax. Andreea guides you through each step.
- I can't meditate
- That's fine. The meditation is guided: you simply listen and breathe. There is no wrong way to do it.
- What is Reiki?
- A calm, hands-on practice. Andreea rests her hands lightly on or just above your body, for example at your head, shoulders and feet. Most people simply feel very relaxed.
- What are chakras?
- A traditional way of describing seven energy centres along the body, from the base of the spine to the top of the head. You don't need to know anything about them. Andreea explains as you go.
- What does the Bio-Well scan do?
- You place your fingertips, one by one, on a small glass plate. It makes a picture of your energy before and after the session, and you look at both together. It is a mirror, not a measurement.
- Do I have to believe in it?
- No. Come with curiosity, that is enough. Wear comfortable clothes.
