The first gathering
La mue — shedding an old skin. Before the year turns: what will you leave behind, and what will you carry into the new year?
An evening for six to ten women at Andreea's home in Wortegem-Petegem. A short introduction from the e-book, guided reflection and writing, a guided meditation, a circle for those who wish to speak, and a small practice to take home. In English.

The feeling of the room
A workshop can be an invitation to notice what you have been carrying—and to decide what is yours to keep.
Each gathering will have a clear theme. We may begin with a short teaching, move into guided reflection or meditation, and make room for voluntary conversation. You are welcome to listen quietly as well as speak.

Inspired by the free e-book: explore learned stories, the parts of yourself you hide, and the gentler question of who you might be beneath old expectations. Includes guided reflection and writing time.
